Pastor’s Note.

Sunday, 17th May

Dear Leaders and Members of Trinity Methodist Church PJ,

Warmest greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

This Sunday, will be the 10th Sunday worshipping at home due to the global pandemic Covid-19 virus. We thank God that despite not meeting physically, we can still worship God using technology and experience spiritual communion in Christ.

We thank Rev Dr Lim Kar Yong for the Ministry of the Word this Sunday. In our Church Calendar 2020, Dr Lim Kar Yong was supposed to conduct a seminar on the book of Hebrews in our church. This seminar has to be postponed probably to next year 2021.

Here is a brief introduction of Rev Dr Lim Kar Yong.
He is the Dean of STM-KL centre. Besides overseeing the KL centre, he teaches New Testsment Studies at the seminary. Kar Yong’s current research focuses on the identity formation of early Christian community. During his spare time (if he has any) he loves to read, goes for long walks, and packs his bag and explores new places in Malaysia and beyond.

In addition, Bishop Dr Ong Hwai Teik has issued a call of continue prayer and fasting this Sunday. If you are able to fast, please do so.

Below are the links for you and your family to enter and to enjoy the worship experience.
