There are 2 courses available – Parenting Teenagers and Parenting Younger Children.
*Parenting Teenager Course 2026 (5 sessions)*
For parents and caregivers of teenagers aged 11–18 years
Date: Saturday, 24 January 2026
Time:Saturdays, 2.00–6.00 pm
Venue:Trinity Hall, Trinity Methodist Church PJ
This programme equips parents with practical skills to build stronger, healthier family relationships,
covering topics like understanding
a teenager’s needs, setting boundaries, emotional well-being, and guiding life choices.
Details for the Parenting Children Course will be shared later.
