TRAC Organisational Leadership Module (OLM)

Organised by the Institute For Christian Ministry (ICM) of the Trinity Annual Conference for Local Church Pastors, Members of the LCEC, Small Group Leaders and Ministry Leaders

  • to provide a platform for leaders and pastors to engage on matters related to organisational leadership issues in the local churches
  • to help the leadership gain a theological, biblical and Methodist understanding of the church as the basis for church governance and people relationships

Comprises of 4 sessions

  • The Church – The Big Picture of the Body of Christ
  • The Church – The Rhyme & Rhythm of the Heart in Spiritual Leadership
  • The Church – The Nuts & Bolts of the Orgnanisational Structure
  • The Church – The Handles for Life-Giving Meetings & Decision Making
